Job Description

• Provide L1 and L2 support for supply chain applications and platforms, coordinating issue resolution between customers, operations teams, and L3/product teams.

• Possess a strong foundational understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

• Demonstrate good knowledge of enterprise systems, network configuration, and integrated supply chain applications.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot application-related problems within supply chain workflows and recommend corrective or preventive actions.

• Quickly learn and adapt to organization-specific supply chain software and business processes.

• Manage multiple issues or service requests simultaneously, ensuring timely communication and resolution.

• Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to complex operational or system challenges.

• Maintain strong communication and collaboration skills when interacting with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

Educational Background:

Any Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
